Robert Morris Jr.
Robert Morris Jr started in property tax consulting all the way back to the early 1980s. After the Peveto Bill and revisions gave us the "modern" Texas property tax system in 1982, Bob Morris would continually get requests to challenge property tax assessments instead of his normal appraisal work. He realized the growing need for property tax consulting and eventually refocused from appraisals to strictly property tax and commercial brokerage. Bob holds one of the first 200 property tax consultant licenses granted in the state of Texas. He also holds a long time Texas Real Estate Brokers License. With this vast experience there is rarely a type of property he has not analyzed and protested. From the disposition of assets during the S&L crises to solar manufacturing, he has brought the expertise to bear in analyzing and protesting property tax cases. He has also handled cases in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Louisiana.
